SEOUL - Thanksgiving Celebration!

As James explained in his Pre-T-Giving post, we prepared an American-style Thanksgiving meal for ourselves, professors, and friends. The menu included, of course, turkey, gravy, green beans, stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, chili, salad, cheese and crackers, veggies, and pumpkin pie (with whipped cream, yum).
We had quite a crowd. A few guests of our professors even came, explaining that since they have come back to Korea from the USA, they miss Thanksgiving the most! We had plenty of food and were happy to share this holiday with them. Sohn loves turkey legs! I am not sure if he had ever had one before, but he cleaned this one dry and took the bone home in his back pocket. I am not kidding! Finally, the turkey chef needed a rest, beer in hand, after a long but wonderful day!
