SEOUL - studio

I haven't posted much on the studio work we are doing here, so I thought some study model photos might be fun. The project is 2,000 units of housing, 230% FAR, a density I was unfamiliar with until now.This is a photo at the site. There is just a lot of bulldozers and some infrastructure there so far, but an entire satellite city is planned! More to come as we move out of the conceptual stages and into figuring out our proposals for structure, individual units, etc.

    I find it incredible how you, as an architect, can look at that land and envision a SATELLITE CITY. Crazy and awesome!
