Thursday me, James, Andy, Willie, and TJ went to a little cold noodle place near school for lunch. The dumplings were the most amazing thing I have had since being here. I will be going back here again! Andy had the cold noodles in the photo below and they were spicy and delicious as well.
Later we toured some large-scale housing complexes with our studio professor, Jun. After walking around all afternoon, he invited us to his home, where his beautiful, sweet wife made us fresh sushi, noodles, pancakes, rice cakes, and other korean dishes . . . along with lots of wine and fresh fruit. It was a wonderful day of eating!
