We have met all but one of our professors so far in Seoul and they all seem wonderful! Our studio project will be a 2,000 unit housing development in a satelitte city - a really different project than anything I have studied or worked on before.
Andy and I ate Korean BBQ and wandered around the neighborhood where our school is for the first time before our night class and it was really fun.
We especially enjoyed our Urban Issues class last night. According to Korean tradition, the "introduction" first day should be spent at a bar. . . so we did just that, with our three professors for the class, at a bar in Shichen, Barfly. The three-hour evening class let out right on time! :)
