I'm in San Diego! I have been here for less than a week so far and Andy left for Mexico City as soon as I got here :( Leah and I have been exploring neighborhoods and job hunting - I hope to have something soon and will post as soon as I do! The weather is fabulous here and I think I will enjoy being here all summer. Mom was here for two days before flying back to Memphis and we went to Coronado Beach - it's beautiful! So far, being back in the states, I have had BBQ THREE times (in Memphis, in Kansas City and in Denver, my uncle's famous dry ribs), a starbucks americano, mexican food several times (including once in CA), and non-Finnish, actually tasty beer... I feel successfully re-Americanized.
